We no longer have an in-house Zoning Director. We still maintain the Zoning Ordinances. We have retained the services of Central Florida Regional Planning Council to oversee any changes required.

These are the wonderful volunteers who are tasked with making recommendations to Council concerning Future Land Use and Zoning changes, approving metal structures, approving variances, etc.
